What kind of food should I feed my Betta Fish?

Hello guys!!! Welcome back again. Today I going to teach and tell you what kind of food I have been feedingmy Betta fish since fries until adults fish in my Betta Fish Farm.
First of all, I can tell you the food that I feed is Moina alive. It's very important for those who are breeders due to the Moina has high protein. As we know already dry food isn't good enough and has less protein, we can see the difference between alive food and dry food.
So now lets me show all the steps for making the Moina for Betta fries, Go ahead don't waste the time:
They are only four or five items for doing these steps, some items you can pick from the kitchen if you had and some items take from your fish places. what you need to have right now are The container that can put the water around 20-30L (5.3-7.92 Gallon), Bread yeast, a plastic bag, and your old water( the water that you used to use with fish and you have to change the new water for fish around one week or few weeks depends on you) and some Moina.
YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE BELOW STEP
Step one: You take the old water, you have been using. through into the container around 20L.
Step two: Put the bread yeast 1/2 cafe spoon for 20L of water, then you have to mix it together until it melts.
Step Three: After you mixed, wait a minute and release your Moina into the container.
Step Fourth: Cover with a plastic bag 1/2 of your container, make sure the plastic is clear and can get the sunlight.
Step five: Take the container under the sun (Need hotter to make lots of Moina) Temperature between 28℃ to 34℃, please keep safe from rain.
